We booked last minute and it would seem as though we were given a room you’d expect for £30 per night not £70. The carpet was dirty, there were old cobwebs on the walls and ceilings and dust stuck to the bathroom walls... dust on...More

Have stayed at this hotel once before for a three day break a few years ago, as it is a convenient location for our requirements. The decorations in the lounge bar in my opinion certainly require brightening up. The black and grey has a very...More

We stayed here this week end for a short weekend. We had a long walk to our room which involved going up and down stairs. There was a shorter route but that involved going outside. The room was fine. Everything was clean and the bathroom...More

Hi on Sunday we had 2 hours free time in Kendal then to hotel. After dinner plenty of time to look round Windermere. On Monday down to Bowness for few hours. Plenty of time for boat ride and back.
