Were traveling to Thirlmere but got cut off by the floods and needed to say a night in Keswick desperately really and found the Greystoke Bed and Breakfast. We were very grateful to find a spotlessly clean (can't over emphasis this) well decorated room. The bedding was sparkling white, crisp and freshly pressed. The room and en suite was small...

Would definitely stay here again, breakfast was delicious, rooms were clean and tidy. They get cleaned each day to a high standard and they leave little treats for the dogs which is a nice touch! The people who own it are really nice and helpful but don't bother you unless you need them which we liked. The only downside was...

We loved staying here. The guest house, made of the signature green slate, was small but lovely and comfortable. It was a relief to find a place that was so dog friendly; there were lots of thoughtful touches for our canine friend. Mark and Helen were totally lovely, being friendly, knowledgeable and helpful without being fussy, officious or overly chatty....

We stayed here for two nights and overall it was a very pleasant stay. The rooms were tidy - smaller than expected, but still cute and cosy. The breakfast was nice and the host was genuinely friendly and will do what they can to make your stay enjoyable. The B&B is situated approximately a five minute walk into the town...

Nice dog friendly bed and breakfast. Room clean and breakfast tasty. It did have the smallest bathroom I've ever seen. Good location, near to town and the park. We parked on the street outside with no problems. Great value for money.

I've stayed here a few times and wouldn't hesitate to recommend. The owners are always very welcoming and the accommodation and breakfast are of top quality. Great location in easy walking distance of the centre of Keswick and a perfect base for heading out into the hills.
