Always friendly welcome have to go here when visiting Keswick. Very comfortable bar. The food is top notch. Would certainly recommend a visit for anyone wishing good food and service with a smile. Drinks are not too bad but as anywhere in Keswick they are pricey.

We spent our honeymoon in this hotel in February 1971, and have returned several times over the intervening years to celebrate some of our anniversaries. This year I booked us a room to celebrate our 46th anniversary, to arrive on our actual anniversary 27th February. I also ordered one of their celebration packages to be in our room on arrival...

Four of us visited overnight after being recommended by friends. Their recommendations didn't disappoint. Nice easy check in with a fantastic, friendly manager. He had a bit of fun with us and was extremely helpful. The pub was relaxing, serving plenty of choice and having a great, big fire! The room was large, clean and warm. The bathrooms very modern...

Stayed here for a couple of nights. Nice big room, nothing fancy. Obviously being an old building and above a pub it wasn't the quietest but it wasn't bad. Good that they let dogs stay too. Food was decent. Would probably stay somewhere else next time, just to try...

Always pop in at least once on a visit to Keswick and always made to feel to welcome with our dog, some places say they are dog friendly then look down at your smelly, muddy but well behaved pooch and turn their noses up. Never happens here ! Food good and Connor behind the bar not only knows his beers...

We come to Keswick quite a lot but for some reason we haven't been in here before but I think we'll visit regularly in future. The staff were friendly and the restaurant was spacious and comfortable. We had 'king burgers' which we didn't really think through properly because they are huge! Great taste and we couldn't finish ours because there...
