The hotel is in an excellent location and was very dog friendly the room was tastefully decorated and had a spacious bathroom. Although situated at the front of the hotel there was very little noise. Staff were friendly but Doug...

Stayed here many times.Great for families. Situate in the Square opposite one of its sister hotels and the location could not be better. Staff friendly and food is very good but unpretentious. There is aguest lounge with enough games to occupy the kids. Well worth a visit.

As part of a large coach party our arrival could have been a bit disorganised. but the lovely Maria had it all sorted, from greeting us warmly and explaining rooms, meal times etc, to handing out door cards,...

We left it late before looking for a dog-friendly place in Keswick, but we landed on our feet here. The hotel is ideally located for enjoying the lakes and the interesting character of Keswick town. The food was good, service was friendly, and our room was just what we needed after a day out hiking. Dog owners can bring their...

Had to go for a team building event (YAWN). Hotel seemed dated and toilets weren't unpleasant but I was expecting them to be cleaner. No parking on site. However, staff went out of their way to provide an amazing vegan lunch for me!

Enough said we entered the hotel and were greeted by staff who really know how to treat customers, room was small, adequate and well presented. Making use of the bar facilities...
