We had a two night stay at Linnett Hill and were very impressed. Welcoming hosts, super clean establishment and very comfortable rooms. The breakfasts were freshly cooked to order by Andy. Thoughtful little touches abound. We hope to return to this well placed B&B.

We've just returned from a short 'last minute decision' trip to Keswick, and everything at Linnett Hill was as good as ever: lovely room, great breakfast and, most importantly, a very warm welcome. It's difficult to say how Andy and Mandy manage to get everything so right, they just do. Nothing is too much trouble and guests are treated like...

What makes this B&B so good is that on our 3rd stay it is consistently excellent. Nothing to much bother, spotlessly clean and great hosts. Just read the other reviews, there is not much more I can say Many thanks to Andy & Mandy

We had a warm and friendly welcome from Andy and Mandy, a comfortable bedroom, a good shower, and delicious breakfasts! Although it is situated in central Keswick, it has a large private car park. What more could anyone ask for?

Enjoyed a delightful weekend stay at this faultless establishment. Andy & Mandy have thought of everything a visitor might need and have provided it. Definitely the best and we will return on our next visit to Keswick - if we can get in!

Perfect and professional. Mandy was a great hostess with great local touring tips and Andy's breakfasts were lovely. Attention to detail really stood out. Loved the brick showers too! Best I've stayed in. Looking forward to returning one day.

We had a flying visit up to the Lakes to see the excellent production at the Theatre by the Lake of 'The Shepherds Year'. Linnett Hill was the perfect location within easy walking distance of the theatre and a number of walks. (We walked up Latrigg on the Sunday). Everything you could wish for in a B&B with welcome extra...

Second visit to Linnet Hill. Every bit as good as our last visit. Our room was small but delightful. The communal lounge with it's wood burner was very relaxing and well used! And breakfast was super nice. The whole place is faultless, including Mandy and Andy the hosts. Really lovely folk. And a really lovely place. Can't wait to return.

Booked 2 nights 1 double 1 single. Great rooms and very well appointed. Even a guest lounge with great open fire and drinks 24/7. A fridge also for guest use for that nice white wine. Mandy front of house is so friendly and offers loads of Keswick insight. Andy the chef. Had the most amazing omelette. The choice and breakfast...
