My fiancé and I just spent 4 nights at babbling brook. From the moment we arrived Paul made us feel very welcome, providing us with a map and lots of recommendations for restaurants and activities. He was so helpful, and was more than happy to write us a little map for one of our walks. Although our ensuite room was...

Very friendly owners made us feel welcome on our one night stay, they also cook a great english breakfast! The rooms were clean and have everything you need and the property itself is in a good location, close to town and it looks out over a babbling brooke, hence the name.

This is our 3rd time of visiting Keswick and staying at the Babbling Brook Guest House. Our first 2 visits were just the two of us and we enjoyed it so much we knew we needed to bring the kids (2boys, 1girl). The rooms are bright yet cosy and the hearty breakfasts were more than enough even for our 2...

This has got to be one of the best B&B's / hotels my partner and I have ever stayed at. I couldn't fault it. It was clean, comfortable, warm. The breakfast was very nice and cooked exactly to order. The owner, Paul, is a really nice, and very hard working guy. We learned that he also works at (or owns)...

I stayed over the Keswick Beer festival weekend. I was met by Paul who was welcoming and helpful. We quickly identified a shared interest in running and this is clearly the place to stay if you want to do the Bob Graham! The room was clean and well equipped, WiFi is good (although not lightning fast) and breakfast was great....
