Stayed here years ago and didn’t have a great experience so never went back. Tended to stay in the Tunbridge Wells Hotel on the pantiles (also very good) or the Mercure on the outskirts due to it having a pool.

Great hotel, gorgeous rooms and bathrooms.
Fabulous breakfast. Made us very welcome for our time away from home due to the snow . I'll return when I next need to stay in Tunbridge Wells as it's so close to shops and restaurants
