I guess if you want a view, you have to climb for it but was suprised not to be in the main hotel but 'up the road' and the amount of stairs we had to climb to get to our room! Thankfully we are fit and healthy! No wonder the Manager was pleased when we said we did not need...

Having to stay in Ramsgate a lot at the moment as my poor old dad is in the brilliant local hospice. We were unable to get into the local Travelodge so gave this place a try. We found the hotel staff really good and helpful and the hotel is cozy and quirky! Great views over the harbour and close to...

I stayed in room 23 right at the top of the building. My 1st impression as I walked into the hotel was 'this is very homely & warm' I was greeted by a receptionist with a smile & checked in, he asked if I'd like breakfast & gave me the wifi code. It was 9:30pm & I'd had a hard...

Hotel has good views over the harbour. It is clean, a bit quirky which I liked and has a library! Breakfast was good although busy the morning we were there. Self service for cereal, fruit, toast etc., plus cooked breakfast to order. Staff are very welcoming. Everything well presented and fresh.

My partner booked two rooms at this 'hotel' for an Easter break for family. On arrival the receptionist said that she had tried to phone to advise a change of rooms but got no answer. My partner said that she had twice spoken to a member of staff over the telephone and no change of rooms had been mentioned. Fortunately...

Although we had an excellent view of the harbour from our room ( 30 ) which was 2 doors down from original hotel it was paid for with the 5 flights of stairs up to it . But to be honest we did ask for a room with a good view but could be a problem for the less able...

I stayed at this delightful hotel Easter 2017. As a family we truly enjoyed our first visit such a welcoming hotel and 100% dog friendly. Nothing is any bother for the polite helpful staff. The breakfast is all freshly cooked to order and the restaurant in the evening is a rival for any top London venue. We loved the honesty...

disappointing stay after such good write ups, felt I was staying in a different hotel, reception staff lost interest when we declined breakfast option, no offer of help with bags, £20 incidentals charge insistent needed to be taken just in case, hardly likely to be used when no hotel facilities explained, no offer of local map, stayed in 4 separate...

I loved the interiors of this hotel, good service, family owned I believe, great location overlooking the Royal Harbour Marina! A delicious breakfast was served, much choice, fresh ingredients, and cooked to perfection, the staff were kind and friendly, and the hotel is very quiet. A slice of harbour heaven, we can't wait to come back. Dogs are welcome too!!!

We booked this Hotel because of the dog friendly aspect. Little did we know what a fabulous Hotel this was whether you have a dog or not. Amazing interior furnished with antiques and quirky art work, beautifully decorated and amazing views of the Harbour. Rooms are comfortable, clean and well appointed. Tea and coffee facilities with mod cons, bathroom was...
