We stayed here recently for a family function, due to the distance we had to travel we arrived a day early and stayed the night before the function and had the following morning to spare in Chatham. We arrived at lunch time, parking seems to be easy and we used the electronic check in for our car, helped by the...

Handy hotel for visiting the historic dockyard or Rochester etc.Had a compact double facing the river at rear on top floor, clean and comfortable.Decent breakfast and staff friendly, small bar with seating area.Easy walk into town which is unfortunatly pretty grim and does not have much to recommend it. Buses stop close by and rail station an easy walk.

Located about 8 minutes walk from Chatham Station and about 20 minutes walk from Rochester Cathedral. Pleasant, helpful staff. Great views across Medway and Rochester from rooms on upper floors. Numerous cooked breakfast options. Good value for money. Recommended.

The St. George hotel in Chatham is one of the best hotels I've stayed at in several years. They can not be beat on presentation, friendliness, cleanliness, quietness and best price. The double room we booked had lovely views over the Medway, beautifully spacious, warm and very cosy. Catering was brilliant, my husband and I are both vegetarian and were...

Staff were amazing - chloe and caroline on reception were so informed and friendly. Rooms were so clean - comfortable beds, and pillows. Hotel has good views but not from the rooms. Breakfast was a top full english and dinner was decent. A great stay.

We booked a Compact Double Room at the St. George for £67 a night including a comprehensive breakfast. The room was quite small but very clean, warm with a nice modern ensuite, coffee/tea facilities and a TV. The room had the most amazing view over the River which was really interesting and we could also see Rochester Castle and Cathedral...

My husband and I recently had to travel for a family funeral and we had been recommended to stay at this hotel as it is very central to everything in Chataham. Upon arrival we were greeted by Liz behind the welcome desk. Her customer service skills are outstanding and she took such great care of us during this hard time....
