Good clean well run place. Comfy bed and clean linen. Kind and helpful staff who were always available. Lots of parking on site. Easy to access the town centre. Lots of leaflets in reception. Got a good deal from booking . com . Recommend for a quick break

The Victoria Hotel is lovely. The front may look a little run down but we were very impressed with inside. Our room and bathroom were both spacious and immaculately clean. Parking was easy and it took only 15 minutes to get into the city centre. Thick carpets mean the corridors are quiet. Every member of staff was helpful, smiling and...

Booked a last minute two night break. Very good location close to city centre and ample car parking. Spacious room, good bathroom. Only criticism is bath is rather high and a bit difficult to get out of. Breakfast was included in the deal we booked and it was very good. Would stay here again.

This hotel is perfect when it comes to the location. It's just a 10/15 mins steady walk down into Canterbury. The staff seem friendly and pleasant. The room was a let down though. We stayed in the family room...king size bed and 2 singles for the two of us.The room is huge and perfect for a family. But if i'd...

I booked this hotel simply because it came up as a good deal on Booking.com, and offered us the opportunity to cancel, if required. So glad we didn't have to cancel, however, because we'd have missed such a treat! It was a real pleasure to stay here - the staff are friendly, the rooms are comfortable (with lovely big, firm...

This feels like a chain hotel, fairly impersonal, but it has all the facilities you need and is well located as a touring centre for this part of Kent. The decor is in need of refreshing and the dingy, restaurant particularly so. Our room smelled of someone's take- away when we arrived and still did when we left four days...
