Was right off Canterbury's main shopping street, tucked away behind a bakery and a wonderful Mediterranean restaurant. Very nice individual attention once we arrived. A nice old building that illustrates what it must be like to live in a 1000 year old town. The room was very nice, hot water was plentiful and quick, and the whole place was nice...

Lovely quiet place to stay in the heart of Canterbury, upon arrival we was given information about the local area and then quickly shown to our room. The staff here are amazing, friendly and helpfull in every way. I would recommend this place to everyone, I stayed here for four nights over Easter with my wife and two children (aged...

Mamad and Mazi (proprietors) are the nicest people I ever met in England. They offered to make us breakfast well before the scheduled time due to a early departure. Mamad gave us better information than the TI. The rooms are comfortable and the WI-FI is super fast and reliable. Stay here! Rick Steves likes this place too. -Tim&Sandy (USA)

I've been to Canterbury for the first time and the Tudor House certainly was the cleanest B&B I've ever come across in my life. The tourist information is really just across the road and all sights of interest only a short walk away. Though it is at the edge of the High Street, it is very quiet (my room was...

Beautiful place, close to the high street and coach station (3 mins walking). Room clean and really cozy. Beautiful homemade breakfast in the morning. Couldn't ask for more! Looking forward to going back soon

Tudor house is a lovely B&B in the heart of Canterbury. The owner is very kind and helpful. The house is quite old and takes you back in the past, but it's clean and comfortable. We had a great stay there.

I visit Canterbury annually and a inseparable part of my visit there is to stay at the Tudor House. One is always sure of a warm welcome from Mahmad and Masi, the hospitable owners. The house itself is a quaint Tudor era house, sloping floors and all, with a long history. Its location in the centre of the most historic...

Tudor house sums up Canterburys attraction, it has charm, character and is perfectly welcoming. The hosts are so warm and helpful and make an amazing breakfast! The city is great, there are lots of restaurants, bars, history and of course river tours, so what better way to stay than in a fabulously characteristic B&B when wanting to escape and relax....

Visited for our 22nd anniversary We had been before a few years ago but felt this time it was lacking somewhat. You can now no longer go in the garden which is a huge shame as it overlooks the stream and 'ducking stall' which was one of the reasons we revisited. We were 2 floors up in a dated room...

“There's no lift, so if you don't like stairs, call ahead. Wi-Fi works, but not too well beyond the second floor.”

“We had a water closet in our room and a full bath down the hall. I wasn't sure this would work, but it was not a problem at all. I would not hesitate to take on the same arrangement next time.”
