This pleasant guest house is situated a little to the north of Canterbury's bustling city centre. It is set back from a busy main road and at a slightly higher level therefore rooms at the front are affected by traffic noise. Fortunately the road is not very busy overnight and good quality windows keep the noise in the background. Probably,...

Welcoming and Generous. Comfortable and Clean. Kind and helpful Hosts. Lovely outdoor seating. a nice breakfast area with relevant and interesting magazines about Canterbury and its surroundings. one thing that was inconvenient was when I wanted to rest and not go out for dinner, there wasn't any options to snack on; and it is a good walking distance from the...

Spent last weekend at this establishment and were very happy. The owners were very pleasant and polite, rooms very clean and high standard, the breakfast was excellent and a good choice, we have no problem in recommending this little gem.

Warm welcome, good room, comfortable bed, great breakfast and free parking. 15 minutes walk along river to centre of town. Our bedroom (#3) had good views - only downside was the noise from the busy road which continued into the night.

A very pleasant and friendly atmosphere. Comfy beds and good breakfasts. Suited all our needs. Would definitely stay there again. The only drawback we found the parking a little difficult. Apart from that we had a very enjoyable time. The owners were very friendly and helpful when we needed directions to places of interest.

We stayed 3 nights here. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. Carried our luggage upstairs. WE had the suite on the 2nd floor...2 bedrooms (single and double) with a shared bathroom. As we used the double we didn't have to share. A fan was very welcome as it was hot upstairs. Everything was spotless. The breakfast was fresh and...
