Stayed here for 1 night as we were attending a gig at the Gulbenkian on the university campus. Walk into Canterbury was a pleasant 15 or so minutes so, away from all the noise at night but close enough to walk. Our room was bright and airy, lovely guys that run the B&B , very helpful with directions, taxis etc...

Clean rooms, good food, hospitable hosts, good location ... a lot to like here. John and Nick go the extra mile, pay attention to detail, and provide a first class accomodation. We really enjoyed our stay here while visiting our son at the University of Kent. Enjoyed some side trips to Dover and Whistable. Can't say enough about the work...

Clean facility's, nice friendly hosts, within walking distance of city centre, but felt £90 quite steep for what it was. Good full English breakfast,, served a purpose, helpful staff with advice on where to park in the city centre..

What an absolutely delightful place! The hosts are charming and super friendly; the rooms spotless and the breakfast perfect. Short walk to the university or into the center of Canterbury. I'll definitely come back!

Great B&B, conveniently located to the city centre - nice walk down and loads of busses back up the hill! Nick and John were fab hosts and nothing was too much trouble. Rounded off with a delicious freshly cooked breakfast and an endless supply of filter coffee. We will definitely be back.

The room was £65 which is a fair price for what it is Wifi good and room had a desk which was good. The place is dated and on the surface the room was clean. Shower head needed a scrub and the duvet was fallen no apart in the cover. But it was £65 and owners we're friendly

Last minute decision to book a night away for a birthday, we were given the suite room which was an added bonus to our trip! The room was lovely as well as the rest of the b&b. The hosts were absolutely lovely and made us feel very welcome! And the breakfast was very tasty! Would definitely recommend

Whilst I did not stay the night, during a flurry of snow and getting my car stuck on the hill this guest house looked after me. They let me in gave me a cup of tea shelter and made sure I was safe and okay, when I was ready to leave they even helped with my car. Such kind and...
