Great customer service upon arrival, the lady on reception was great, nothing was too much trouble for her. The room was very clean and very comfortable. Its also central to shops and not far from the train station.

very comfortable ,ladies be sure to take a hair dryer , and if you want a bath rather than a shower, it wont happen. other than that room was very good as expected. (been there before) enough parking which was great.

Stopped here whilst on a overnight visit to Hereford. The hotel is ideally located just 10 minutes walk from the city centre. There was plenty of parking for us, which seemed very safe.

Stayed here for two nights, and it was as expected - quiet, clean, helpful staff, perfect if you just need a place to sleep and no extras. A little tired and dated but nothing too bad. Bathroom had a bath which was great!
