A room for the night but it was extremely comfortable, clean and quiet. Everything worked properly in the room, much better than my recent experiences with Premier Inn. I will definitely be looking at Travelodge first in the future, they have improved immensely whereas Premier Inn have gradually declined.

Located in central Southampton this hotel is ideally placed for a business or leisure trip. There is a lift to all floors so widely accessible. The only issue is the availability of parking. There is an underground car park with a few spaces otherwise its on-street parking, all of which is quite expensive.

Not sure if other levels are affected ie 223 or 423. But do NOT use room 323 as it is in close proximity to machinery that will not let you sleep until gone 12 o'clock at night and will wake you again at five o'clock in the morning not a pleasant experience.

I had a great 3 day stay here, clean hotel and friendly staff. The only issue I had was having to get my room key reactivated each day I stayed, as if the keys were reset each day after check out time.

The service that was given by Aman & Bal was beyond expectation and would give way above 5 stars. There was a problem and they did all they could to resolve it and were fantastic. Based on this experience I would definitely come back to this hotel.

From when I arrived till I departed Dan was there warm welcoming was there meeting my wife gave us a good room quiet side and Anna in the evenings with these 2 staff you could easily spend all night drinking in the bar with Anna she is bonkers but great Dan must just live on site was there early and didn’t leave till late making sure everyone was good before leaving this shows why his staff care cause management care. Meet blonde lady and lady cooking before we left again the passion they all have was great to see for under paid workers but yet always happy

Absolutely disgraceful and disappointing I was fined by the government's council parking, which the colleague at the reception said it was fine to park there as it was late and the next day was Sunday so there shouldn't be any issues. Now. As customers, we're meant to trust them and the information you supply, but instead, we got fined.  There's a lot more to say
