Lovely stay here. Very clean everywhere and a very spacious room lovely comfortable bed and a really tasty well cooked breakfast such good value for money. The bar area very nice and relaxing. The staff are the nicest and most helpful I have ever met at a hotel

Away from home with my family , hotel located in good place with good selection of shops and restaurants around, close to ports . The staff was friendly and welcoming during our stay . We haven't eaten at the hotel as we booked the table somewhere else. Overall, the hotel is well maintained, and your staff are top-class.

Lovely stay with my partner. The new premier plus rooms are superb and I would highly recommend them to anyone who would like a bit of luxury stay and full relaxation. Staff also very friendly and helpful and nothing is too much trouble for them. Surely We will be back sometime next year.

Elle was awsome , she could not do enough for us , what a team player , thank you . Hotel clean and tidy staff friendly , and helpful enjoyed my stay . Will use again when needed . Easy access. Close to most amenities.

Run by very friendly and helpful staff, the hotel is very conveniently located close to many businesses and services including the West Quays shopping centre, the International Boat Show and the cruise terminals. A staff member is always on hand to make sure your stay is as enjoyable as possible.

We stayed overnight pre cruise with a meal deal. Just what you expect from a Premier Inn, basic and clean, there was still some building work going on, it didn't effect our stay and all the plastic covering had been removed from the hotel so all the rooms had natural day light. Dinner and Breakfast was okay nothing special and it could have been a bit hotter. It's a budget hotel and if you book a room well in advance you can get a good price, basically you get what you pay for.

Stayed at West Quay for one night prior to cruise from Southampton. We were advised of construction taking place. Don’t know what they are doing, but they seriously need to refurbish everywhere! Rooms were shabby and run down, dreary, dark and dull. Carpets dirty, paintwork drab and dirty looking. The only thing we could say was the bed was clean and comfortable and was fine for one night. Bathroom clean but in need of major refurb too. Foyer, reception are dull and drab too. Did not eat here as the look of place put us off. Have stayed in many Premier inns in Ireland North and South and I must say we have higher standards and we’re disappointed to see the state of West Quay. There is nothing Premier (as the name suggests) about here, in fact it was sub-standard and we would stay in a different hotel next time, sorry to say!…

Had a great meal in the restaurant, looked after by the lovely Elle - so friendly and welcoming, a real asset to the hotel. The food was good but the service was the real stand-out. All the staff we met were friendly and efficient.

The restaurant food and service was great, however the room was rather shabby with peeling paint, water damage under the bathroom sink and around the window. The window curtain was broken, not allowing the curtains to fully close. Because of this the rising sun shown into the room not allowing me to sleep past sunrise. On top of this there was no decaffeinated coffee, the only coffee we can drink! Finally, on check out I asked for a partial refund and was told I had to call the main office! I was told that the renovation would be done by February. I would not nor would I suggest anyone else stay there until the renovation was completed.
