No parking although when booked requested one and shows on my booking, need a map to find the room late in the night, internet code did not work and phoned their emergency line 5 times with no answer and left a message and no one came back to me. The room was clean and tea/coffee facilities.

I loved our stay! We opted for bed only and there was a kettle and coffee in the room. There is also a huge kitchen/diner fully equipped for self catering for residents use. I was really impressed with the fact there is a staff member on site at all times. The house smells lovely, our room was immaculate and the...

• key fob to get in and out of the front and bedroom doors ( not enough info on how to use it 'apparently you just hold the palm of your hand for a milly second ) nightmare! • kettle can only boil on the floor as the lead doesn't reach the power point. • power point dangerous ( see...

Took 40 minutes to get into the building, notice on front door to call a mobile, nobody got back to us. Was let in by contractors on their way out, they live here and said just to wait somebody would 'eventually' turn up. A young guy came sauntering down the hall as though we had all the time in the...

We checked into our room and it smelled very strong of smoke and I phoned and the guy kindly changed our room. The other room wasn't much better very basic looked like it hasn't seen any paint since England won the World Cup. The pictures on booking.com look like a different hotel I wouldn't of booked if I knew it...

Got to the front door couldn't get in with code. Another guest let me in. Got the room couldn't get in code didn't work, rang...

Arrived to find the very limited parking full of vans so had to park in a nearby side street and walk there. Whilst the staff opening the door seems friendly enough the entrance area and communal areas resemble a DSS bed and breakfast. The bedroom did not resemble any of the pictures but was clean and had a comfortable bed...

Stayed as a group of 4 adults. Room was well equipped for our needs, plenty of towels and hot water and the beds were comfy. We were allowed to use the kitchen area which again, was very well equipped for our needs: Kettles, microwaves, cutlery and crockery etc. Very secure building, all rooms are keycode secured. Staff are very friendly,...

My girlfriend and I booked this hotel last minute in November as we had a night out planned with friends. We arrived at unwelcoming door step and stood waiting to be let in for 10 minutes. Once we had been let in, we were then stood waiting for half an hour to speak to somebody on the phone about the...

So I have to confess I booked the place without looking at the reviews and I'm glad I did. My experience didn't match at all what some have written. The room was fresh, very clean, comfortable with clean bed linen. En suite was also immaculate. OK, shower pressure could have been a little better but it was good enough to...
