Checked in to hotel, requested to eat at 18.30. We were told its fully booked then can only fit you in at 19.00. So we agreed that time and decided to have a drink at the bar. It was 18.30 and there were several empty tables. NOT FULLY BOOKED AT ALL. whilst sitting there I overheard an old couple trying to book in and were told nothing available until 20.00 hrs. The old lady said it was to late and they both left. Shockingly the waitress laughed as they walked away. DONT BOOK HERE !!! Appalling painfully slow service.

Hotel's Favourite
Stayed here after arriving on ferry from Spain. Just needed a meal (arrived after 8pm) and a good sleep before driving home following day. After check in we tried the pub next door for food (don’t know why we didn’t just go straight to Premier restaurant?!) Left the pub restaurant before our order was even taken because of abrupt staff and really awful attitude. Went back to our Premier Inn thinking we were too late for food there but the staff were fabulous. Took our order with a smile and produced a good dinner even though we were close to their time for last food orders. Lottie and Ryan had checked us in and were so helpful throughout our stay but honestly every member of staff was lovely. Is this hotel really well managed? How are these people so happy in their work? Room was clean and comfy but we all expect that from Premiers these days- it didn’t disappoint. Also very quiet sleep. Have stayed in lots of premiers for work and occasions like this (ie just needed a room) but this one stand out b cause if it’s staff. Thank you!

The room itself was okay/passable. It was very noisy and staff shouting around 6.50 am outside(you could still hear it with fully closed windows) wasn't great. But the biggest annoyance was they advertise a breakfast until 1030. We had pre booked (and pre paid ) and got down there at 10.05 am only to be met by closed signs on the restaurant and a very rude (care less) staff member.

We stayed this time in a premier plus room for less than £10 more. It’s a great location to stay at this premier inn. Clean and a nice room, temperature was fine. The only h th ing was that the base sheet did not fit the mattress.

Room heating did not work and room was freezing cold. Duty manager found a portable heater. In the morning the toilet didn’t flush and shower did not drain flooding the bathroom. Had to shower in different room.

Lovely hotel, good location and range of facilities Plus grade room was very clean with good range of facilities, let down by uncomfortable mattress and pillows. Room also needs to have better double glazing on the room windows to cut out traffic noise which disturbs sleep. Otherwise, overall would stay again.

Lovely room, friendly helpful staff, good breakfast and comfy bed, what more do you need. Location of the hotel was near to the main road, so quick and easy to find. Handy location for restaurants if eating away from hotel.

Arrived at the hotel to be booked in. Checked into the room and the room. Smelled our socks and Bo. I changed rooms and then went out for dinner. In the night. There was an alarm going off from 1:00 a.m. till 4:30 a.m. woke up eventually to get down to breakfast and there was no chef to cook breakfast in the morning as his wife had just had a baby. Not his fault but someone could have cooked breakfast
