We had the misfortune to open a draw in our room to put clothing in to find dirty pants and socks left behind by the previous person and the room above kept us awake all night with the banging and partying an d could not find anyone to complain to

Hotel's Favourite
What you would expect from a Premier Inn clean bright room, big clean bed and comfortable mattress. Tea/Coffee provided. I booked my room literally at the last minute having left IBIS Budget and was so pleased to go into a hotel that was home from home When I arrived you have to make sure which PI you have booked at there are two on the site. My greeting was friendly and professional so I felt at ease immediately. My room was No8 spacious, clean and inviting, warm room which made me stay comfortable. I was meeting friends in the Gunwharf and tried to book an Uber but the prices were hiked double time I went to reception and the young girl booked me a taxi which was £10.60 more or less the same fee as Uber. So don’t panic they have a direct line to a taxi service I did not prebook breakfast but was assured if I changed my mind it would not be a problem. I slept in as the bed was so comfortable and missed breakfast I would definitely recommend and return

Nice and quiet place. The room was very clean and comfortable. Big plus for the kettle and the selection of coffee and tea! The cooked breakfast was absolutely lovely, plus the selection of hot and cold drinks was larger than I expected!! Recommend to everyone!

Booked 2 rooms for £169.00 due to having specialist day surgery at the hospital miles from home. Unforseen circumstances ment I was rushed to a&e for further surgery. My husband had to book another night in the same room as I wasn't allowed to travel and possibly being kept in. To his horror he was charged £140. for 1 extra night in the same room. How is this justified. No cleaning, no extra towels etc. I had only booked the room a couple of days ahead in case of cancellation due to Queens funeral. We would have been OK to pay another £80. but almost twice as much

Really friendly and helpful staff; I was stressed out when I arrived as my son had just been rushed into a local hospital and was receiving end-of-life care and the hotel staff treated me with quiet respect but helped me to feel comfortable. Can't praise them enough.

We booked the Premiere Inn at North Harbour as it was literally the only hotel with available rooms we could find. However, it was a total find! Easy access to Portsmouth but with none of the traffic chaos or bustle, fabulous rooms, friendly, caring staff and excellent value for money! I would definitely use it again. The linked Beefeater provided great food and a lovely environment for dining out. Highly recommended!

Myself and my husband, went here for a Anniversary night away. On arrival we checked in which went well. Ordered /booked a evening meal slot and Breackfst bundle package. Arrived at or evening slot, waited to be seated. Order our meal starters and a main. The chicken jojons 3 in total were served on a white plate. No side salad or sauce. The prawn cocktail was lettuce and 5 prawns. Hopeful our mains would be better we ordered steak specially stating how we would like them. We waited 45 minutes and eventually our main arrived. The plate was floating in blood the steak on cutting was almost raw. Called a waiter over who then got a manager,Who agreed that it was was not acceptable and had the food removed. Offered us an alternative but.,by this point we had, had enough and just wanted to get on with our evening. . The manager offered us a complimentary breakfast and the meal would be refunded onto the credit card within a few days. The breakfast was however very nice, kept being well stocked warm and tasty. The staff could not be more helpful and the shift manager check on our departure that breakfast went well. We stay at the Premier Inn when we travel and are normally complety satisfied, but unfortunately on this occasion it fell short.

Perfect location to stay after getting off the ferry. Staff helpful and friendly. Room clean and comfortable. No noise from outside but family of elephants above us were covering as much floor space as they could at 6am. Breakfast good but had to wait for items to be refilled on hot plates due to how busy it was. Layout of breakfast could be better. Overall though the minor negatives didn’t impact our excellent stay.

Arrived just after 6pm was greeted by two friendly members of staff, happy and very helpful. The gentleman booked us into breakfast for 10am and then gave us our room key on the ground floor, which is great cos I am disabled, entered the room, it was spotless, my husband and son went to Aldi and Tesco's express for some supper whilst myself and my other son settled in. When my husband arrived back at 7.50pm, I told him I was going to soak in the bath after a lot of walking around Butlins, this was fine ran the bath, went to get in but couldn't has the bath is facing the wrong way, my husband helped me into the bath which was a palaver but I got in, looks are deceiving the bath is smaller then I first fault, that was the straw that broke the camel's back, I was stuck couldn't move either way couldn't pull up cos my knees were throbbing, my husband tried everything, in the end he went to see reception which was a young lady very nice, said that she would call someone to get me out, brought more towels so I didn't get cold, the ambulance service rings 9.05pm and asked loads of questions and said we will get some one, by this time my anxiety had set and I was very emotional and extremely cold. Paramedic arrived a man called Nick who does his job voluntary but trained by the top NHS ambulance service. To say this he put me at ease, took all necessary checks, them brought in a electric cushion that inflates and brings you up. Within ten minutes of nick arriving I was up and laying on the bed recovering, without the lady at this establishment and the quick response team I would of probably slept in the bath. I slept like a baby in the big bed after my ordeal. We were given a complimentary breakfast because of the incident. Except for some brusing on my lower back I am good. Thank you again

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. I would really love to say a massive thank you to the young lady who works here- (I forgot her name but she had lovely black and green hair.) She help with every request that we made, even the tedious one like going back and getting milk. So helpful and so polite. We had a lovely stay and will stay again
