I booked the Wyck Hill House Hotel as a treat for my husbands birthday. We were in room 8, a very large room on the ground floor, it had an extremely comfortable bed and was very clean and presentable. The room is absolutely ideal for anyone who doesn't have a disability, however, I have a mobility condition which means that...

Ticked all the boxes for a memorable wedding. Location great, setting and grounds beautiful. The garden room we stayed in was exceptionally large and accommodated 3 of us with acres of space left. Although no aircon and it was a very hot evening - open windows and a fan worked fine and after the party finished at 11pm all was...

We stayed one night to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Although on our booking we were given a garden room, on arrival we were told that we had been upgraded to the Orangery. Our first impression on approaching the hotel was that it was in a beautiful location and such a lovely building, we were not disappointed, the hotel is full...

We stayed from Friday to Monday inclusive in the Orangery. The building is old and shabby. They promise wifi and television but neither work. This was a special weekend as it was a birthday celebration and recovering from an operation, so the TV and wifi was essential as I could have rested and worked. When asked about the lack of...

We stayed here overnight to attend a function. We very much liked the place. The building is attractive and the grounds are wonderful with great views of the countryside. The reception staff were very welcoming and professional. Our room was well equipped, spacious and clean (though you might have to ask for a fan in very hot weather). Breakfast was...

Had very enjoyable stay here for our wedding anniversary. Room large and comfortable and spotlessly clean. Only complaint was the slow service for dinner in the restaurant. Breakfast excellent and quickly served. Food pricey as were the drinks but the surroundings are so beautiful and staff very friendly it made up for small hiccups.

After booking a deal 'Spa Day' at the Wyck Hill House Hotel through Amazon Local for £89, we thought we had got a bargain, as the original price for this was around £170. However, I would not recommend this supposed 'Spa' to anyone! Upon arrival we were impressed with the exterior of the hotel, which is very traditional and in...

My fiance and I booked a special offer at this hotel for champagne cream tea, 3 course dinner with a glass of wine, bed and breakfast. We were warmly greeted and booked in to the hotel and the staff were attentive to our needs. When we arrived in the restaurant, we were seated and given menus but it took staff...

Just got home after a two night break. Thoroughly enjoyed this hotel. Everything I asked for when booking was waiting for my husband and I with a smile. Had a twin room in the main hotel building facing the garden. The room was serviced both days to a high standard. The weather was perfect but a little bit too hot...
