Visited here on Tuesday 21st. Had no idea where to go, looked nice and comfortable so popped in. Got seated quickly. Nice menu. Had the halloumi which was tasty and the 2 for 1 pizza which is fantastic value. Pizzas were very nice, they have their own pizza oven which is a great feature. Lovely decorated establishment and the staff...

We met with family to have Sunday lunch. The food was lovely some family members didn't like the beef being served so rare but staff were happy to send back to the kitchen to then be served to there liking! Great service, lovely Sunday lunch!

Late Sunday lunch for two with the dog. I phoned ahead and was told, yes, dogs are welcome. On arrival it felt more dogs are tolerated than welcome! We could sit in the bar area by the front door next to the mullioned windows, which look great but are as draughty as hell. I asked to move. Sorry, no chance,...

We went here for a Sunday lunch with friends whilst staying in The Cotswolds for a long weekend. We had a great time - lovely food, really good service and a great drawing / colouring competition for the kids which kept them quiet. In fact our friends daughter won the competition! All in all a great experience and would definitely...

After a cold and foggy walk around the town I simply asked for drink, food, a bed and an open fire. All were provided with good humour. The room with a huge bath and coffee machine was perfect. Food excellent. Staff great. Probably the best part of the hotel.

We, with another couple booked into the Sheep for New Years Day evening dinner at 20.00 some weeks prior to the event. I was interested to re visit the hotel after its refurbishment as my wife and I got married there when it was the Grapevine. 8 days before our reservation we were called to say the kitchen was closing...

To stumble on the Sheep on Sheep Street after driving down from Northumberland was truly a brilliant find! Welcoming and friendly staff assisted us with our luggage. Our room was up the stairs. The door was opened and we walked into a beautifully decorated room with crisp white sheets, quality towels, and a great walk in shower. The original stone...
