My husband and I drove to Mole End directly from Heathrow after an 8 hour flight, which was a fairly easy drive even for Americans not used to getting around the UK. We were greeted by Jane who showed us to our lovely room. We stayed in the Hornbeam Suite, which is more spacious than most B&B rooms with a... More

This was our second stay at Mole End. The first was in 2013 for 2 nights and on the basis of that experience we decided to return and to use Mole End as our base for an extended 8 days visit to the Cotswolds, 15-23 August 2014. There are only a few places in life that any of us ever... More

We stayed at Mole End in 2013 on our journey to France and enjoyed it so much we returned in May 2014. This is, by far, the most delightful guest accommodation we have visited. The hosts, Jane and Trevor, are friendly, welcoming and attentive without being intrusive - certainly the qualities required of good hosts. The rooms we stayed in... More

Stayed here as a couple and enjoyed it for the most part. The room was lovely, nice views and was very spacious and quiet but there are some improvements needed. We have stayed in cheaper places and have felt more at home, Mole End had quite a formal atmosphere and at times it felt a little regimented for me personally.... More

We stayed one night at Mole End. The location is excellent for walking into Stow and to visit the many attractions in the Cotswolds. Large, secure parking in the grounds and a very warm welcome from Jane on arrival. The whole house is superbly decorated and we had a magnificent room overlooking the garden and fields. The room was exceptionally... More

Although only a one-night stay en-route to our holiday, Jane and Trevor were wonderful hosts and welcoming to their very beautiful home. Our room was beautiful and with an idyllic view across the countryside; this was perfect in every way. Slippers are a must to walk on their luxurious thick pile carpet - no problem for us! Breakfast was most... More

We stayed here for one night as we had a wedding nearby. The house is absolutely stunning, both inside and out, and so much care has been taken with the little details. We had lunch in Stow in the Wold before we arrived and it was just a 3 minute drive away. Jane was a very welcoming host - she... More

Mole's End is perfect in every way, from comfort to breakfast to idyllic setting to hospitality. Getting to town is easy, with a safe 10 minute walk for dinner or sightseeing, but Mole's End has the quietude of a rural hideaway.

If you like the diversity of B&B this is a real gem. Great location, 5 star room;spacious, clean, elegant, comfortable, attention to detail and quality. This with the delicious breakfast and views are complemented by the warmth and elegance of Jane and her lovely husband. No wonder they have guests going back. Wonderful stay and certainly didn't have a problem... More

Stayed at Mole End for 2 nights in Hornbeam. Amazing room and the bathroom is unbelievable! No detail has been forgotten. The room was also lovely and warm (unlike many b&bs who skimp on heating.) Breakfast was delicious with the best scrambled eggs ever. It was made even better by meeting Crumble the resident feline who honoured us with her... More
