I stayed here as a base for a short visit to the Cotswalds. The guesthouse is a short walk from the train station- set back from the road and quite private. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. The owners are helpful and friendly. A wonderful customized breakfast is prepared every morning. Advice and assistance with tours, a beautiful garden,... Our stay at Treetops was comfortable and relaxing. We had a very spacious room with a comfy sitting area overlooking a lovely garden. Our host Liz was very warm and welcoming and we enjoyed seeing her little dog Teddy following her around! She provided a delicious and hearty breakfast for us each morning - a good start to the day!... More

This was our second stay with Liz and Brian at Treetops, and we will return if ever in the Cotswold again! First of all, nothing is too much trouble. Hospitality is truly their niche. Our room, #3, was really a suite with a great bed, shower, tub, and sitting area. The lovely gardens and lounge were the perfect place to... More

Warmly welcoming; comfy room; full English breakfast. Host lent me a detailed map of local foot paths that enabled me to have the day of walking, pub lunch etc that I came for. Had information on local buses so I did not have to walk back. The house is just 5-6 easy minutes from the train station - rolling luggage... More

Easy reach of Morden on Marsh town and station but set back off road so quiet. Wonderful cooked breakfast and lovely garden if you have time to sit outside. Room a bit dated but comfortable and clean and perfect for 1 or 2 nights.

If you are going to spend time in the Cotswolds, don't stay anywhere else. From the moment we walked through the front door our hosts Liz and Brian made us feel very welcome. They were very willing to provide any assistance with advice on where to eat and where to visit. The breakfast was the best we have experienced in... More

This is our home away from home when in the U.K. Liz and Brian are more than hosts, they are family! The accommodations are superb, immaculately clean and all of the little things are thought of - you'll never lack for anything. The garden is beautiful and peaceful; the décor homey and comfortable; a comfy and quiet sunroom for reading... More
