Just stayed here for 5 nights. Had a wonderful room. Karen & Ken are fabulous hosts, nothing is too much trouble. Can highly recommend the Scrambled egg with Smoked Salmon, for breakfast, delicious. We had a lovely room on the ground floor at the back of the house which led on to their beautiful garden. Cheltenham has a lot to...

The hosts are friendly and very " switched on" on how they run their business. The rooms are very comfortable and clean. All the rooms are ensuit and are well stocked with everything . I have stayed in establishments where I haven't had so many complementary amenities. Also a well stocked coffee, tea and hot chocolate tray with jug and...

Brill value for money. I will stay again without question. Very welcoming people who aim to please. Other reviews mentioned the cluttered feel to the place and yes, it's a bit like that. But it didn't offend me at all. It's organised clutter, a lot of which is used for the rooms. My Brother and I shared a twin room....

I stayed here while on a walking tour of the Cotswolds. It was easy to walk from the train station to the house; just around the corner. Tesco mini supermarket was just across from the train station which makes it an easy place to get supplies for a packed lunch. The laundromat was across the street from the B&B which...

Where do I start. If there was 6 stars or 10 if give this B&B them all. It's so close to the station it's brilliant. Karen, the owner was on holiday so I met Sarah. Who welcomed me so warmly. It's amazing inside. There's a lounge area you can use with comfy chairs, books, magazines and games and chocolates! There's...

Stayed at Clematis House for one night and slept very well in a large comfortable bed topped off with a very good breakfast. Karen made us feel at home & catered for all our needs. The rooms facing the rear of the property are quiet and the hotel is located within a very short walk of the railway station.

I stayed here with a few friends as we were playing a water polo competition at the lido in town. I will admit that I didn't spend much time there until I got back and went straight to sleep but... It is a lovely place with comfy beds...I slept well! In the morning we were up and out reasonably early......

We were lucky to have one of the rooms that leads into the garden. This meant that despite the fact Clematis House is situated on a busy main road, our room was quiet - great for my other half who finds it hard to sleep. Karen was happy for us to leave our car so we could travel to Birmingham...

Stayed at the Clematis twice in May; at the beginning and at the end of a walking tour. The accommodations were comfortable and relaxing, with a well-supplied bathroom. Breakfast was delicious, and members of our party with special dietary needs were amply accommodated. Shops, parks, and the train station within walking distance. Hosts are friendly and most helpful. Highly recommended!!!

The Clemantis is really a "guest house" rather than a B&B as its many rooms are for rent. I stayed there twice--once at the beginning of our week-long walking adventure and again at the end. There is a heavenly room at the bottom with a bed in an arboretum that opens out onto their very beautiful gardens. On the night...
