If you want to impress your loved one with a classy romantic weekend away this I'm afraid is not the place. It's very old, run down and does not have an entrance. The entrance is by the means of a shared door at the back of other premises and is almost impossible to find if you haven't been there before....

Great central location - glad I had already read that the entrance was round the back of the shops. Having a parking space was also a great advantage as you could relax timewise whilst looking around the village. Hosts were very amiable and breakfast was excellent. The room itself was disappointing, not very inspiring, a bit drab and there was...

The most awful B& B ever ... There was a horrible smell. Tacky outdated ornaments. Green thin bed linen. The floors are uneven. Bathroom like a 1970's . Not clean ... Did not feel at all comfortable and just about coped for 2 nights but did not look forward to goin to room at night. Breakfast fine but I felt...

Lovely weekend in Bourton on the Water. Stayed at Chestnuts b&b. Bob & Jan are lovely hosts...nothing too much trouble, and very helpful. Central location in the beautiful village. Breakfast was great, and plenty of it. Milk in fridge in hallway in case you want a late night cuppa. Room has a four poster bed and everything you would need....

Great B&B in the heart of Bourton with lovely friendly hosts, Bob & Jan. The bed was very comfortable and we had a lovely room with a four poster bed. The breakfast was extremely good with a great choice of cereals, yoghurts and full cooked English breakfast. It is difficult to find as there are no signposts showing it's location...

Very acommodating and our room (6) was plenty big enough and very comfy! Plenty of brochures on the dresser in the hall with fridge for guests! (Fab for chilling the birthday champers! ) Would...

Jan and Bob made us feel at home. This B&B is right in the heart of the village. Comfy bed, clean, hearty breakfast and dink making facilities, what more could you want? Well for me, it is a stair lift and yes they have one! If you need one too, tell Jan at time of booking and she will put...

Wonderful couple of nights in Bourton with great accommodation in the centre of the action of a Cotswolds village. Bob and Jan are exceptional hosts and the breakfast was outstanding. Only downside albeit quaint is the slanted floors and small bathrooms, although given the place is older than Australia, it still functioned and had heaps of charm. Do it! You'll...

This B band B was great right from the full breakfast to the comfortable beds. We were made extremely welcome. When we had transport problem and needed to get to a wedding venue our dear hostess took two trips for six of us. I would like to return here again.
