A really good location right in the centre of Bourton with an old fashioned feel. Staff friendly and helpful with a good breakfast. However no dinner available and rooms in the old building could do with freshening up. If you want a shower do check when you book.

After a poor experience the previous night, my wife and I booked a room at the Dial House just on a walk in basis. The receptionist was extremely helpful and had no hesitation showing us the two rooms they still had available. We chose a 4 poster room which had very good views over the village street and to the...

Our first impression of The Dial House was WOW! It certainly has a magnificent position right in the centre of Bourton. It looks so splendid! There is on site parking at the rear of the hotel. Which was perfect. The staff were lovely and very friendly. Then we were taken to our room right at the top of the hotel...

The room no.5 that we stayed is next to the bar, the parking lot and main entrance to the hotel. Noisy! Reception said it was fully booked. The room is Not cozy room at all. Door has gap (can't shut tight). Dust from curtain and carpet. Smelly room! Dark corner room. Cold and dusty. :(

Stayed at the dial house for two nights and enjoyed our stay. Our room was in the eaves so we did have to duck our head a bit but the room once in the main section provided plenty of space. Breakfast was beautifully cooked and full table service is provided. Parking is good, accessed at the front driving up the...

Oh dear. Room very shabby, dusty and dirty. bath robes for midgets or size zeros . Light bulbs broken in bathroom. Found an empty durex packet in room! Staff very accommodating re upgrading us due to their error. Despite obvious shortcomings , the staff were very helpful and polite. I did feel for the staff who were clearly fighting a...

My wife and I stayed here for a night in December to sample Bourton at Christmas. What a charming hotel. We had a room that faced the front so had a great view of the river and the famous Christmas Tree. The room was very nice and perfectly clean. The only reason I marked the hotel down was the lack...

We stayed two nights in Room 5. The building is beautiful, the rooms very comfortable and more than adequate. The breakfast is superb with excellent table service. Holly on the desk was very helpful and friendly. Evening drinks by the fireplace in the sitting room was a great touch too. The rear gardens are beautiful and the car park is...
