From the moment we stepped into Reception, to the moment we left, all staff were kind, friendly and welcoming. The hotel is easy to find, with on site parking (really liked the pragmatic way they ensured only guests parked there). Not the best experience. We were hoping for a pleasant, quiet weekend but the hotel was noisy and crawling with children. The room was small and the walls paper thin. Wonderful hotel friendly staff clean room nice breakfast recommended highly hope to return .shower perhaps a little snug in room 12 and not for tall people but a lovely stay and superb hotel are at the croft which was very nice inside and excellent food

Booked in for an overnight stay.Receptionist very friendly and helpful.Nice to have a free carparking space .Room 23 was in the Courtyard on the ground floor and was a disabled friendly room.Nice big walk in shower and fabulous for any disabled person.Bed big and comfy though the room needed to be freshened up a little. Although we only stayed for one night, we had a very nice time. The hotel is located right in the heart of Bourton. The staff were friendly and helpful. We had a very nice evening meal in the restaurant, followed by a good hearty breakfast in the morning. Would recommen

Spotlessly clean hotel, very agreeable staff and very welcoming . thorougly enjoyed our stay. Lucky with the weather. Bourton at its best out of season. Looking forward to a return visit in August 2017.

We stayed for two nights at this hotel and would recommend it. The room was clean, the staff were welcoming and efficient and breakfast was delicious and promptly served. The hotel is in the centre of Bourton.

We stayed for 3 nights and found the whole experience relaxing. All staff were very friendly helpful and capable, nothing was too much trouble for them . Our room number 16 was well fitted out, very comfortable , exceptionally clean and had a good view of the water! We dined at the restaurant which was excellent can reccomend the pizza....

Staff especially Andrea at reception were pleasant & welcoming, keen to help and efficient. Our room No 8 was generous in size well appointed. comfortable and value for money. Good quality Breakfast, but the sauce bottle necks needed serious cleaning.
