My friend and I stayed at the River Haven Hotel for four nights. The location of the hotel is very good as it 's on the edge of the river and we were lucky to have a view of it from our window. The hotel was clean and tidy but could do with being updated a bit. I wasn't over...

I highly recommend River Haven Hotel. Comfie rooms, helpful staff, great location, and a CAR PARK! Rye is simply an exceptional town - one of the most charming medieval towns that I have ever visited. This hotel is located just a few blocks from the old town, and right on one of the rivers - but I was so glad...

Stayed for 2 nights. Good size rooms with all that was required for a comfortable stay. Had a room facing the River Rother,. Quite. Ample car parking which is a big bonus when staying in Rye. Had breakfast there which was excellent. Loved the staff a bit like Fawlty Towers. Not sure who was going to do what job and...

The main thing that stands out with this hotel is the warm and friendly staff that make you feel welcome the moment you walk through the door. (Especially Tom a very polite and friendly young man)Also lovely food and clean and tidy rooms. Most enjoyable stay in this lovely town.

Booked for three nights in a Superior Room. Very nice and comfortable. It is a very tired and dated hotel but in saying that is very clean and comfortable. Had an evening meal the first night and chose fish and chips. It was huge and very well cooked. The staff are very chatty and are always there to help you....

The staff were excellent and friendly and there was ample parking for guests. The hotel is in short walking distance of the town which has many pubs and restaurants. We had dinner at the hotel as they were doing a...

Positioned just across the river from main town this hotel scored well on staff welcome and helpfulness. They really were lovely. The walk into the town is about two to three mins and very easy. Being across from all the narrow lanes the hotel parking was easy and scored highly as a lot of the centre hotels have poor parking....

Stayed for one night, just before the new year to get away from it all. Was greeted by 'Tom' in reception who was very helpful. Room was very clean, tidy, cosy & warm. Hotel is in great central position for the local pubs & restaurants. After a very nice evening out we returned to the hotel to find our 'Tom'...
