The White Rock Hotel was clean, welcoming, relaxed, comfy, convenient and has a great sea view from second floor. Would recommend checking accessibility before arriving. Did not eat there so cannot comment on the food. We would stay there again.

It's right in town and on the seafront, couldn't ask for a better location. The staff are really friendly, dinner was good quality and great value for money. We had a double at the rear which was clean, warm, bed was comfortable and was well stocked with beauty goodies. Our dog was more than welcome and that's a real bonus...

We decided to stay an extra night in Hastings & found this lovely hotel on the sea front, the lovely reception lady was so so friendly accommodating to this slightly tipsy last minute couple. The rooms clean & fresh & the shower was amazing x

We stayed at the White Rock Hotel for 4 nights in October on an autumn break. It's right on the seafront opposite the pier and right next to the White Rock Theatre. The seafront rooms have great views out to sea. It's quirky, because it's actually 5 former town houses joined together. The levels on each floor tend therefore not...

Really recommend the lunch menu. We visited sat on the balcony which has a lovely sea view and ordered a ploughman's lunch. Generous portions and reasonably priced. This restaurant is centrally located and it's well worth trying this place for lunch

We booked a Rear Double room mainly because we didn't plan to be in the room much because we wanted to explore etc. After reading on the website that this type of room best suits solo travellers or those on a budget we weren't expecting much however we were very pleasantly surprised to be shown to a lovely, spacious, bright...

We returned to Hastings, a place we visited in the 1970s and 80s, to see how it was now & we chose a great hotel. The staff were all very friendly and helpful and the room, a sea view at the front of the hotel, was very good. It was a twin room with two large double beds and an...

We chose a fairly recently renovated sea view room which was comfortable and worth paying the extra for. Good double glazing blocked out the traffic noise on the busy seafront road but, to be fair, it was tolerable with the door open if only to hear and smell the sea just across the road and promenade. We had a few...
