We had just one night here - wish it could have been longer. We had a double room with floor to ceiling french doors opening onto a juliette balcony overlooking the sea. The bed was very comfortable indeed with a good mattress and crisp cotton sheets. The room and the bathroom were large and immaculate. The staff were very friendly,...

Stayed there for almost 10 days . The rooms were clean ,and the service was excellent .Nice rooms ,some of them with the beach view .Surrounded by a whole range of shopping centers and restaurants .The only thing there was no fridge in the room and the lift was a bit scary and everytime you have to climb the narrow...

We were comfortably accommodated here in a side room (having asked the previous day whether a reservation was possible) for a family birthday lunch - with three young children - and were even able to bring - and enjoy - a birthday cake, which was much appreciated. This is a marvellous place to visit on a sunny day, sitting on...

Stayed for a fairly long work trip. It's a very easy going and casual place and seems to be a bit of a focal point for the town - the bar was always busy. I hadn't realised it was so dog friendly and admit I probably wouldn't have stayed if I had realised quite how many there would be! The...

I've only ever eaten and drank Coffee here. The lunchtime and breakfast menus are great although breakfast is more expensive than the local cafes they do use fresh local ingredients and it's worth the extra because it is delicious. A well stocked bar and the Coffee is great. I asked for an iced Mocha as it was Summer and quite...

Stayed for one night in December and that was more than enough. Tiny car park. Long and dreary walk down a weird rickety runway structure and a few stairways to get down to reception. The bar looked fine though we didn't use it. Long, dreary, and drab corridors, like a maze. Our room was without any comforts or coziness. More...

We had a lovely room overlooking the seashore with sunshine from morning to evening. all the staff were very welcoming and helpful. The bar was excellent with four Real Sussex Ales to chose from. We entertained some local family members and we all had an excellent time including their little dog. A good place to stay in Hastings with the...

This hotel is in urgent need of a total re-vamp. It has dull decor which now looks rather shabby and leaves you with the impression of somewhere which feels tired and loveless. The room, although a decent size, reflected this. Poorly lit, it just wasn't a place you wanted to spend time in and the bed was uncomfortable. When we...

Really friendly people who valued our stay. comfortable, warm and welcoming. The aim of the staff was to see to your needs in the most positive and inviting way. Nothing was too much trouble. it was great to be somewhere too that positively welcomed our dog. the place was heaving with dogs. brilliant.

The hotel was great and our room was clean and comfortable. This was made more enjoyable as our room had a view of the sea. The terrace looked although we did not use it as it was cold. We could not fault the excellent , accommodating friendly staff. As vegetarians we enjoyed the options and flexibility offered. We enjoy walking...
