Location excellent on seaview. Near old town and train station. We paid for seaview and balcony. Room ok, no fridge as specified. No wardrobe! Just a rail. Shower door doesn't close properly, so leaks No drinking water available. We paid £100 a night and breakfast £7.50 extra each. Ok, but sausages were very poor quality and you Would get a...

Room very clean, decent bathroom, although the shower doors didn't quite close. Two night stay ,woken up both nights by other residents slamming doors. Ok base for getting out and about. But taken back that we had to pay for our stay on arrival and had to pay for parking between 11 am and 4pm each day.

This turned out to be far from what we expected. More guest house than hotel. However, this was my error not the hotel's. The staff are very friendly and helpful. English is not their first language, so a little patience is sometimes required but this should in no way be seen as criticism. Breakfast is good and plentiful served in...

We stayed here for 2 nights in a king size room with a balcony (room 11). The room was immaculate, very clean and tidy, even in the hard to reach corners. The shower was hot and the water pressure was great. The bed was really comfortable and clean. Staff were brilliant, really friendly and great customer service. Full English breakfast...

Lovely room, amazing sea view (worth the extra), clean and staff friendly. Ideally situated for central Hastings, the pier etc. Still a work in progress with redecoration but should look really good when complete. No restaurant or bar, but some good ones a short walk to the west. Parkng is as described - underground pay carpark in front of it...

Sadly a family bereavement brought us down to the south coast town of Hastings and with the funeral wake being held at a nearby pub and funeral procession starting at a nearby church, we needed a hotel that was close. The hotel doesn't have a bar but it does have a restaurant serving very nice breakfasts (not sure about evening...
