Amazingly good value place. Sweet room with good facilities. Spotlessly clean.Don't be put off by rather spartan entrance hall and breakfast room (I didn't have breakfast). Very well situated. Minor quible: I couldnt get wifi in my room, so I used breakfast room which was no problem.

We loved staying here, Lorraine and Richard were very welcoming and friendly, they saved us at the last minute as we originally planned on staying at the Travelodge on Brighton Seafront and it was disgusting! We stayed in room 7 at One Broad Street and it was spotless, and was made to feel very homely, and the added bonus was...

We've stayed in Brighton a few times and paid through the nose for expensive hotels that turned out to be pretty rubbish. To find this place was a massive stroke of luck. Really well situated in Kemptown with some good pubs and restaurants, and a plethora of great coffee shops nearby. The Lanes and the city centre are but a...

The whole property was clean, neat and bright. We were happy to find the place exactly as advertised online. The studio that we had was on the 4th floor with beautiful views over Brighton. The bathroom was impeccable, bright, white soft towels. The place had a personal touch and shabby chick influences. Breakfast was delicious, vegan or vegetarian options available...

This place was perfect for our 2 night stay. Right in the middle of everything. Our welcome was lovely and friendly. Our room was great with a sea view. The bed was massive. The room was really clean. It had a little fridge. Breakfast was so nice. They serve the best poached eggs!! This isn't a negative thing, but obviously...

We went for a wedding, and stayed two nights at One Broad Street. Had a lovely and sizeable room at the front, with a sideways view of the sea. Room was light, clean, with all mod cons and a very clean en-suite. Brighton is noisy at night, so they provide ear-plugs, which my wife used. We live in darkest Cornwall,...

Stayed for two nights recently. We were met with a warm welcome and the hospitality remained top notch throughout our stay. We had a room on the first floor. The property is clean and tidy. Although the bedroom/ shower room was compact, it served us well. Little extras water, soaps etc were a lovely touch. The bed was very comfy,...
