My wife and I stayed at the Griffin for one night with friends. We were welcomed by the owners who were very friendly and gave us all the information we needed before taking us to our room. The room was very clean and tidy with great decor and touches such as walk-in shower, chocolates and lovely soft bed. We had...

If you are looking for a warm welcome, comfortable and clean accommodation and a very central location, look no further than The Griffin, Brighton. I have stayed in many hotels and none of them has ever offered such a stylish but homely feel. Breakfast is divine with a choice of hot dishes to tantalise the taste buds. I cannot recommend...

We stayed for 2 nights whilst down to see a show at the Brighton Centre. Superb location, just minutes from the seafront, opposite the Bright wheel and pier. Was a 10-15 min walk to the Brighton Centre which was lovely during the warm weather in the evening. About 15 min walk to the Lanes and from the gorgeous Pavillion, which...

My wife and I stayed at the Griffin 15/3-18/3/12. Kieran and Chris are brilliant hosts and lovely people. The accommodation is without question the best I have ever stayed at in this bracket. We had a wonderful time. Cannot recommend this guest house highly enough. Breakfast is to die for after a night on the tiles.

We stayed for one night, and everything was what could could have wished for. Good central location, attractive building and rooms, clean, comfortable with very friendly owners. If I ever wanted to stay in Brighton again it would be my first choice for accomodation.

We stayed here for our anniversary in 2011, and it is only now that I have throught about a review as I went to book it again this year. Unfortunately it appears to be booked up, and I'm not surprised. We were up on the top floor and there were a few stairs, but it helped make room for the food...

This was by far the nicest place we have ever stayed and we've always been very lucky with our holiday accommodation. Little touches (iPod docks,DVD players, lovely smoking terrace, brilliant choice of teas, biscuits and fruit) make the overall experience something very special. There is such a warm, relaxed atmosphere. The rooms are beautiful, the breakfast is to die for and the location...

Rooms are spotlessly clean & well decorated. The whole house has a slightly bohemian air, and Kieran & Chris make you fell like guests in their own home without being overbearing. They've thought of everything, like providing earpugs as the seagulls/party people can be a little noisy at times! Breakfasts are lovely. The tea & coffee room is comfy and...

Had a weekend away without the kids and whilst before have stayed in The Grand decided to choose the Griffin because of the Trip Advisor reviews. We were not disappointed and this is now definately our preferred place to stay in Brighton. We stayed in Room 6, beautifully decorated, comfy bed and very cosy and relaxing. Breakfast was superb -...
