My girlfriend and I had a wonderful stay over the easter weekend. Jamie was really welcoming and gave us some awesome advice on where to go during our visit. He also showed to our room and attended to all our needs. We highly recommend the Westbourne Hotel!

I arrived at Westbourne an hour after check-in and was greeted by a man who was midway through eating his yoghurt. The man handed me the key to my room and said the room was next door. He did not take me to my room. As I approached the room I noticed the door was unlocked, the bed was not...

£109 for a bed in a filthy room .. had to pay cash so it left us short of money for our stopover. No breakfast included. The bathroom was dirty. The towel rail had never seen a cleaning cloth. There were pubic hairs in the corners . All the units had water damage to them. The shower was big but...

Well, where do I start with this place 😞 I'll do the good point first and leave the rest till last. Jamie was friendly and helpful upon arrival. Sorry that's the only positive I have to say. We had the Family Room at the very top ( Room 10 ) No en suite, we had to share the shower and...

When I first arrived Jamie was on hand to sort everything out and show me to my room. I stayed for 3 nights and it was lovely - very close to all the places I wanted to go by foot, and was an ideal location for me. The double en suit room is absolutely stunning and comfortable (I will be...

Great stay. Beautifully decorated room and friendly staff. Great location, very close to the pier and loads of cute cafes. The road is cute and has easy access to many buses, parking is also available which is convenient. The view walking up to the hotel is breathtaking

As the taxi drove up Lower rock gardens to get to the hotel, I panicked and wondered "what have I done" as that road is an absolute dive... luckily Upper Rock Gardens is much more pleasant and the outside of The Westbourne Hotel didn't disappoint. As we walked in the decor was VERY dated, although clean and tidy, it reeked...

Stayed in room 2 which was somewhat noisy seeing as how it was right in front of the flight of stairs. Due to this it was quite easy to hear when people were going up and down. Furthermore, there was hardly any hot water, it was mostly lukewarm at best which was somewhat unappealing. On the plus side, the room...

Me and my family had a great time staying here. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was a nice sized for three, as well as clean and well equipped: there was an iron, kettle, space to hang up clothes, wide screen t.v, ensuite bathroom plus free wifi. A 10 minute walk to the pier and even closer...
