We hit Brighton for the weekend and this guest house is in an ideal location for the seafront. The breakfast was great and bed was super comfy. My girlfriend and I visited this hotel for valentines day. Was very pleasant and clean. It has free use to the soft drink bar and breakfast was superb. Would recommend to any couples staying for the evenning or weekend. Close walking distance to the pier, bars and restaurants.

The Sea Breeze is a lovely B & B. Adri, the manager was very kind and helpful from start to finish. I want to say a big thank you to her for organising my gluten free breakfast. Much appreciated, which was delicious. Our room right at the top of the building was everything that me and my daughter needed. It...

The locals were very friendly too. We would definitely stay here again. Plan your parking as it is a city, so can be difficult to park, but this is...

We were given the superior queen room which unfortunately was far from royalty! A very small room with a tiny on suite shower room. I could just about wash my hands in the basin.. The whole place is in need of a face lift. The radiators were not on which left us very cold in the night. A very basic...

Shower tap fell off and had trouble cooling it down (sorry sea breeze forgot to tell you)but that was only issue. Location is ideal. We really enjoyed...
