Me and my boyfriend stayed here for 2 nights (fri-sun). We had a wonderful welcome on arival at the hotel. However the only negetive point was the parking, although this could not be helped and i had previously spoken to the manager about what to expect on the phone during booking. I was given my two parking permits which covered...

I have never stayed at such a lovely B&B ,it is far better than many other hotel rooms that I have stayed in . The owners were on holiday themselves , however their very good friends gave us a very warm welcome and they recommended so many good places to go to . We absolutely loved our room , it...

Stayed in this lovely guest house for two nights as part of a business trip, and made to feel very welcome by the friendly owners. Parking is typically haphazard, as it is for the whole of Brighton, but I was lucky to get a space only a few yards away, and £10 for a 24 hour parking permit is decent...

The best breakfast, the cleanest room, and just lovely owners. Managed to grab a parking space right outside, this place is minutes walk from everything worth going to in brighton. We had a lovely big room and could see the sea from the window too.

I stayed two nights in this wonderful hotel with my sister. Everything was just glorious, from the friendly welcome to the lovely room, perfect breakfast and central location. The attention to detail was amazing. I just wished we hadn't started in Brighton as it was definitely the highlight of our week's holiday all the subsequent places we stayed didn't match...

My daughter and I had the pleasure of staying two nights in Room #8 on the 3rd floor (walk up) of this lovely B&B. Great location, convenient to the beach, shopping and pubs. Friendly hosts/owners. Serenely decorated and quite spacious. Plenty of room for the both of us. What struck me most was the attention to detail such as a...

I spent 2 nights at Brightonwave for a work conference. Richard and Simon, the friendly and discreet proprietors, were calm and helpful when I arrived flustered having left my luggage on the train! After that I was able to take advantage of the hotel's convenient location near the seafront and city centre (and there is 24-hour key access so I...

A great hotel in a great location! Clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated and furnished. Excellent hosts, excellent breakfasts (loved the blueberry pancakes!!), what more could you want? Just be aware that if you go by car you may have to park a couple of streets away but parking is difficult everywhere in central Brighton and we always managed to find...

I very happily recommend this fantastic B&B. The rooms are immaculate and very tastefully decorated. each room has its own style, and is chic without being cliche. I stayed in one of the larger rooms, on the top floor, with delightful bay window and white window shutters. Had a real boutique feel. The location could not be better, very close...
