Extremely happy with my stay at HAPPY Brighton, and highly recommend to anyone travelling with or without friends. The staff were very friendly and helpful, there whenever you need them. The communal area was great, cool and clean - we also were able to meet some fun people here which is always a plus in an unknown city.. But what...

Thank you HAPPY Brighton for an incredible stay! The staff were friendly, lovely people and we're always willing to help with any questions or requests for those little extra bits and bobs which made the stay super 'happy'. The pods are incredible and I will certainly be talking about them for a long time to come... clean, modern, private, and...

Happy is a very new hostel with excellent facilities in a dream location two minutes' walk from the beach and pier - but it's the people who really make it special. The long-term guests here are so friendly and inclusive; they made me feel so welcome that I extended my stay well beyond what I originally planned. The downstairs common...

I came to HAPPY Brighton with the intention of staying 5 days; that was February 2016, and in February 2017 I finally turned in my keys! HAPPY is a place you can come for a weekend away and have all the comforts of home, or a place you can make your home. It's a special place in a incredibly convenient...

The managers and people who stay here are both super nice and friendly. I love the welcoming vibe of this little community~~ the rooms are lovely and very considerate of guests' needs (almost too nice for a hostel in some way). I highly recommend it to anyone who looks to have a good time in Brighton.

I stayed 2 weeks in this hostel by my own and I have to say that it's got everything you need. It's super clean (rooms and commun spaces both), tidy and well organized (for exemple tthose little boxes that you can use to put your dry and fresh food in ). The hostel is designed like a "real home". You...

The place was great to stay in and so close to town. Being in a pod gave me my own space which was great to have! It sits in a quiet area of Brighton which is great if you like an early night. Owner was super helpful and greeted me when I arrived.

I am a freelancer and in December 2016 I was struggling to find somewhere inexpensive to rent in Brighton. I came across HAPPY Brighton when I resorted to AirBnB to find somewhere affordable to live. My first interactions through Alex, HAPPY Brighton's owner, were pleasant as he answered my questions clearly and quickly; I think it was the same day....
