When we arrived by taxi I wasn't terribly impressed by the front of the B&B. But entering the accommodation we were greeted pleasantly and informed our room was room nine. Now, you have to be almost fit to have the rooms at the top as it is three floors. But although an old building there was none of the usual...

We had a room with a view of the pier 24/6/16 to 26/6/16, it was well maintained and very clean,. This family run hotel is delightful. The family that runs it are so friendly, they really make you feel welcome and will try to acquiesce to most of your requests. They really always on hand to help and full of...

The family room was amazing, two double beds and masses of room, could have held a party. The other double room was only a let down cos of the size of the other one but as we were only sleeping in it it didnt matter to us. Breakfast was lovely, they fed you really well. The location was brilliant, right...

We stayed as a young couple for 3 nights this May 2016. I booked the hotel quite last minute and emailed the hotel requesting a room with a Seaview but I appreciated they didn't have one at short notice. We arrived at the hotel and the staff were very welcoming and lovely. They gave us our keys, went up to...

Across from Brighton Pier. Great location. Rooms remind you of places you might find at beach locations- marine motifs in rooms. Breakfast was great in their dining room that looks out to the water and Pier. Rooms are kind of basic but not small. Staff was great/helpful. Walking distance from main attractions in Brighton.

Had room 1 with great view of pier and wheel. Large room with plenty of space and two fine full/queen type beds with firm mattresses. Bathroom small but spotless. Well heated. Staff very sweet and helpful. Breakfast area looks out onto beach/wheel area with lots of sun coming in through the window. Overall very quiet unless hearing cars go by...

Great position to access town the Lanes and seafront. Seaview rooms excellent view of the wheel and pier. Parking expensive but seems to be generally that way in Brighton. Breakfast freshly cooked. Downside a lot of steep stairs to climb water not hot in shower and room has a lean so ran downhill.

After reading a few room reviews I was concerned we'd feel cramped in a small room - but we had room 3 which was more than adequate for a w/end stay. It was spotlessly clean throughout and the staff were warm and welcoming. Great location, the room did get too hot so we had to open the window but luckily...
