Our second stay much better ,asked for a quiet room and we had room number 407 to the back, nice and quiet with secondary glazing ,no air con but wasn't warm when we stayed and had the window open when we went out,nice and cool when we returned

The hotel is well situated with world class facilities especially the spa. The staff were very friendly and eager to help with any request. Checked me in under another namesake erroneously ... then changed rooms and you discover Unclean mugs and spoons, used teapots n used earbuds when I checked in to the new room.... room allotted with bunker beds which was not told while checking in.. Tiny room n feel soooooo claustrophobic !! Never again to this place !! Not what you expect...
