The bed was not a proper bed I think? as I saw another mattress underneath the valance sheet. The bathroom??? was sooo awful I was scared to brush my teeth...

Please do not come to this hotel with kids or if your trying to impress somebody. I was part of a stag party and it was sufficient to sleep in for a few hours. But the room was dirty and very smelly. The bathroom was a converted cupboard so incredibly cramped. The window did not lock and was propped open...

Paint on the windows, 2 blinds would not open the other would not close. No wardrobe just hooks on the wall. Toilet seat cracked &...

Absolutely disgusting I've never seen South filth. All the blinds were damaged and broken the floor full of crumbs. The duvet was torn and split ever where. The trouble is on the website it looked amazing they really need to update it because it's false advertisement. We took videos which hopefully will deter others from staying there

This hotel is filthy, toilet had not been cleaned, seat was broken. The shower cubicle was disgusting, filthy, tiles coming off of wall, mould every where. Cupboard under sink falling apart. Blinds broken, they should pay you to stay there is that disgusting, can't believe that they are allowed to stay open. The Hotel Inspector would have a fill day.

No hot water in shower. Room smelt like a drain. Dirty. Messy. Bed was like a rock and dirty. People screaming and shouting outside our room at 4am. Rude staff. Overpriced for what you got. I wouldn't have an animal stay. Wouldn't give any money back for the lack of hot water. We booked 3 rooms and the 3rd before...

I asked her to clean the toilet, she did not turn up! I had to sleep on my towel with my scarf wrapped around the pillow in long sleeved pj's, nothing was going...

This has got to be the worst hotel (if you can call it that) I have ever stayed in. Ensuite was practically in cupboard in your room (literally) no chair it storage of any disc rioting for your clothes, personal belonging. Reception area was a joke with only a soiled mattress standing upright and not manned EVER! Dirty shower, uncomfortable...
