Booked this a few moths ago, knew it's location and knew its where we needed to be. The lady in reception was extremely friendly and helpful. Took advantage of the car parking £10 for 24 hours which is a great deal in Brighton centre. The room was an old fashioned 4 poster bedroom , very spacious with comfy bed and...

I like the personal touch you are not just given your key and left to find the room like other hotels. rooms are...

Booked a last minute night away in Brighton and wasn't disappointed with the Kempfield B&B and for £65 was cheap One down side is the only parking in the area is street parking so its bit of a Lottery to find a parking space and for this it will cost you an extra £10 for 24hrs which can be obtained...

The only good thing I can write is that Josh at reception is a really nice guy and was very helpful. Other than that I can't say anything good about it. The parking was on the street and cost $16 for 24 hours.

I stayed for 3 nights in the sea facing superior room on the 2nd floor. Everything was as described on their website, breakfast was fine with a large portion of cooked food. I do not drive so was unaffected by parking issues, but was aware that the area could be noisy from traffic or seagulls, so appreciated the earplugs, though...

I paid £80 for a Friday night stay. I forgot how awful parking is around that area of Kemp Town. There is no one to check you in after 6.30pm so good luck on your own negotiating the double buzzer door. I stayed in Preston , a small double on the first floor. I didnt see a lift anywhere so...

Booked a superior room with four-poster bed at very short notice and was delighted. The location is very convenient for the seafront and all of central Brighton. The local Kemp Town area is really buzzy with loads of quirky shops, cafes and bars (recommend the pub on the corner - great music!) The room was really spacious as was the...
