Interesting arrival at Hotel from M23/A23 following GPS (and passing the rail station). You approach hotel on the wrong side of the road - maybe you could do a 180 turn at the end of the traffic separation island 'a la taxis' but is better...More

Enjoyable.hotel clean and tidy.bed comfy.only drawback was nothing to do with hotel..a nd that was the nightclub across the street from the side our room was on.a bit noisy until 3.30.am.Hotel is in a perfect position for getting to the Brighton centre.two minute walk,also seafront.

Right in the thick of it located on the seafront - a great location.At less than £50 a night for a double room it is excellent value.It does get noisy due to location and on the Friday night I could hear people outside until 4am....More

Accommodation was excellent,great value,clean,tidy and staff exceptional. Central for all our needs.Breakfast was outstanding. A really nice place to stay.would definitely recommend to anyone, ideal if visiting Brighton centre as literally round the corner.
