If all you need is a place to sleep at a budget then this 'no frills' guest house is for you. There is no staff so after keying in the door number you collect your keys to the front door and your room from your allocated box. The room was clean and tidy (a little mould here and there) with...

The room we stayed in was a garden view looking on to the small park which as lovely! The room was clean and tidy. Only problem was that if your a person that loves to take it slow in the morning you can't get your room cleaned so we had a dirty room for 3 night, the fridge in our...

Stayed with my boyfriend in double room 5. It was as expected; clean and comfortable. No frills, but very good for the price. The location is excellent, only a few mins from the beach and the town centre. Only complaint was the shower wasn't that good and the fridge was very noisy - had to turn it off to sleep....

We stayed in room 9 on the top floor. When you first get there you input a code, then pick up your key from inside. This was a first for me and no problem at all. The stairs up to the 3rd floor are a bit narrow and could do with an update but the room itself was fantastic. Very...

This was a lovely little place, very clear service giving you instructions to gain access to the rooms and your keys. We didn't really encounter any staff whilst we were here, but could hear some cleaners in the morning which didn't bother us. There is a bit of noise spillage between rooms, but I think this is to be expected...

Three others and myself stayed in two of the basement rooms. I was slightly shocked upon arrival to find that there was no staff to greet us. This isn't an issue with me, but worth noting. The two rooms both have a bed made from 4 pieces of wood with slats screwed on from one side of the other. Clearly...
