an incredibly good experience all round we didn't want to leave location is just 5 min walk from the Lanes, half a block from the sea with plenty of bars and restaurants in the neighbourhood. we plan on returning next month.

This stay was a birthday celebration and I was most disappointed ! The pictures which are featured are not a true reflection of this hotel. The hotel is in a shabby condition and needs to be updated, I had the 4 poster bedroom which was cold and very unwelcoming. The only thing going for this place was the friendly staff

Bathroom was very small and awkward- but obviously not much you can do about that. Room could've been cleaned slightly more in nooks, more attention necessary around window. Breakfast was fab, good location, lovely time

My girlfriend and I stayed here for the second time. We've had a great experience both times. Friendly staff, clean and nicely decorated rooms - well stocked bathrooms with quality shampoo, hand wash...etc. The best part though is the breakfast, fantastic (and generous) choice on the menu, and quality ingredients. We'll be back

We stayed here for one night last week and enjoyed the comfortable bed, great Nespresso machine in the room and good English Breakfast tea, nice thick towels and great toiletries. The breakfast was particularly good, deliciously cooked and with a nice selection lf good quality yoghurt, home made granola etc. We were a bit surprised when we went to pay...

Just great. Thank you. It was a refreshing change to find that the service industry has not collapsed and that people still care to give great service. We got the privilege of meeting the owner, who is proud of his townhouse and found it important that his guests enjoyed their stay. A clean room, great location and fantastic service. It...

Kemp Townhouse is a lovely quiet place to stay but very close to all the attractions such as the Laines and the Palace, loads of restaurants close by. The staff are very helpful and friendly with nothing being too much trouble, the whole place is very clean and tidy. The breakfast is superb and all freshly prepared, one of the...

More a high end guest house than hotel. Comfortable room with quality amenities. Shower room needed upgrading but minor relative to overall. Excellent breakfast choices. Slightly over priced and parking is difficult.

This is an old townhouse in a short street which runs down to the seafront. About a 10 minute walk from the pier and central shops, 20 minutes from the Brighton Centre. We were upgraded, which was excellent - we'd booked the tiny cabin room but ended up with a large room at the top of the hotel, for which...
