The hotel has stunning views, it is a bit old and in need of a refurb. Breakfast good and old fashioned service welcomed. Staff in front desk excellent. Main issue was very thin stud walls meaning you can hear everything from Adjoining rooms. Bed was also standard double size with a poor quality mattress.if my partner moved it was like...

Just returned from a relaxing three night break at The Pines Hotel, and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Our room was large with its own small terrace with table and chairs directly overlooking Swanage Bay. Although the bathroom was small it was perfectly adequate. The restaurant was excellent with the Dinner menu changing daily, and imaginative food delightfully served by the...

We spent one night here in a family room which to our surprise consisted of two bedrooms which was ideal. The breakfast menus were great with a wide choice. We did not have a view of the sea however we still had a fantastic view of the hills which was lovely. There are lounges that you can go in and...

It was peaceful and the staff were all excellent, helpful and cheerful nothing too much trouble. We stayed for the evening meal which I can recommend. The food was excellent and very generous. I...

The lunch is very good value with exceptional sea views. If you enjoy crisp linen tablecloths & napkins and excellent service, then this is the place to visit. The food is delicious and beautifully presented.

The hotel's stunning location on the cliffs overlooking Swanage bay, certainly was the highlight of our stay. We had a room overlooking the sea, which was clean and tidy. We also had an evening meal in the restaurant, food quality was excellent although perhaps the service was a little too efficient with no break between courses so it seemed a...
