Friendly greeting on arrival. Lovely clean spacious room with en-suite and tea/coffee making facilities.
Brilliant breakfasts with lots of choices. Close to the centre of Swanage but quiet. Only 5 minutes walk from the Swanage train station for train buffs!

stayed here with a group of friends for 2 nights in April Owners very welcoming - accommodation clean and comfortable - breakfast excellent. Really well placed for town and South West Coastal Path. Good value

Absolutely fabulous guest house. Very friendly hosts. Deliciousl full English breakfast. Conveniently located close to the town centre and easy to park. Warm and immaculately clean. Very comfortable. Loved it.
