I stayed in this B&B in late Feb 2017 and it was the prefect place to stay for work. The room was more of an apartment, with a separate (small) living room, with desk, couch, TV and small fridge. The bedroom and en-suit were clean, modern and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent and served in a lovely little conservatory at...

We like Georgian style accommodation and Westwood House is classic Georgian. Breakfast was excellent both days. Nothing was too much trouble for the hosts. Bed very comfortable and we slept very well. Location great with many local restaurants, pubs and local attractions within walking distance.

From the warm welcome on arrival to the superb conservatory breakfast (with the biggest collection of jams and marmalades I've ever seen), staying here was a delight. Rooms were spacious, a bit querky and with character. It's on a main road so some may be disturbed by traffic if in the rooms on that side (I was there and wasn't...

Well located near to the main central areas of Dorchester. Our room on the first floor at the back of the property was very comfortable and well furnished. Cosy and extremely clean with lovely cotton bedding and a huge (and very comfortable) bed. Breakfast in the conservatory is a treat, relaxed and peaceful, the choice and quality of food was...

My boyfriend and I stayed here while visiting his family in Dorchester just before Christmas. I can't say enough nice things about this place. We sung it's praises to his family so much while we were there I think they were starting to get annoyed! After arriving, the owner greeted us and showed us to our room. He was lovely...

This was our second visit to Dorchester and I wish we had found this B&B last time. Certainly a lovely place to stay with very hospitable proprietors. Room was very spacious and a seperate sitting area with tea & coffee making facilities and TV. Bed was very comfy with Egyptian cotton covers. Bathroom was also very spacious with a large...

A lovely place to stay with lovely proprietors. The hotel is on the main road and we were worried about parking but Dorchester has free parking on Sundays. Our room was simply wonderful and massive offering a separate bathroom with a great shower. Great touches included a mini fridge with fresh milk for tea and coffee (from a Krupps machine)...

Stayed here 1 night on business and would definitely stay here again. Large comfortable bed. Excellent pillows, egyptian cotton and really nice touches in every area. The only down side is parking, but that isn't the fault of the hotel. Besides there is plenty parking at reasonable prices all within a short walk. To put in context I stayed in...

Westwood epitomises English hospitality. A Georgian beauty on Dorchesters main road! Warm greeting from Tom, and our room was modern, spacious, light and quiet. The bathroom was the same. And complimentary shortbread, yum! Westwood deserves all its awards displayed on the website, with the breakfast being the stand out. English tucker at its best, with Tom again recommending and serving...

Property is on the main road but with the excellent secondary windows you could not hear any traffic. It brilliant that Dorchester has free parking on Sundays...wish Oxford did! The room was large with great facilities including a fridge with fresh milk, water and homemade shortbread. Large ensuite and bed...unfortunately because the headboard is bolted to the wall a bit...
