Very busy locals pub with very good entertainment. Well kept beer and friendly staff, great place to catch up on the local gossip and there is plenty of that. Rick the boss is of great character and a good laugh, well worth a punt.

A very local establishment where 'everybody knows your name '. A good pint of ale that was well over £3. There is no food bar sandwich rolls on the latter part of the week. The pool table is is good shape and cost one pound a game. Terrestrial television is available .

I felt so so so so sorry for some of the neighbouring properties and the residents within them enduring this brain smashing pointless entertainment for...

Went in on a Sunday and it was packed to the rafters with some great tunes. Well kept pint and 2 bars. Nice clean toilets and a tidy garden area. There is letting rooms so if there if you drink too much you can bed down for the night. Landlord a real character so Well worth a look.

My husband and I stayed here for 4 nights whilst I was completing a course at Dorset Country Hospital. The location was great and we received a wonderful welcome. The staff are friendly and helpful and we thoroughly our time staying here, particularly our vegetarian breakfasts (which was made different each day!! :-))

Immaculate rooms, warm welcome, good nights sleep and good breakfast. This is excellent value budget accommodation. The pub is being refurbished and looking very good. I wish the new owners every success.
