I pre booked the romantic package, which included a chocolate fountain, bottle of Spanish Cava and a large heart chocolate with a hand written chocolate message on it of my choosing in our room and I would highly recommend pre booking this package. It really was special having this waiting in our room on arrival! The room we stayed in...

We had a lovely stay in The Chocolate Boutique Hotel. The pancakes at breakfast were amazing, it's a chocolate lover's dream. The hotel is in a good location and the staff were very friendly. Free wifi, tea/coffee facilities. Bournemouth is just a lovely place to visit, would highly recommend.

We had a wonderful time on our recent visit. The chocolate available is delicious and there's lots of it around. The hotel is well furnished in chocolatey colours, the staff are very friendly - I've never had such a nice welcome. The chocolate wine is amazing, can't believe we forgot to get an extra bottle before we left!!! I highly...

Bad points- room tiny, shower tray drain blocked, room very hot ( no a.c. ), shower pressure no more than a trickle, tiny little wall mounted Tv with grubby controller. decoration shabby, some fixtures and fittings dated, bed side lamps with novelty bulbs that give of no light at all. Good points- friendly staff, clean room, comfy bed and pillows,...

Where do i start about this place. Upon arrival it took 5 minutes to park, there was 1 space left in the car park which was right in the far tiny corner of the car park, none the less we parked up and were greeted by a male general manager. I insisted that the car park space was fine, however...

We stayed in this hotel in June 2016 for two nights (minimum stay). I had booked a deluxe double for my husband's 65th and had high hopes due to personal recommendations. Starting with the positives (in case you don't read all the review), the management and staff were among the best we have encountered (we travel a lot). They were...

What is there not to love about this hotel, when you think back on your visit you break out in a warm chocolately glow. Staff charming and friendly. Breakfasts with chocolate pancakes, delicious. Lovely cocktail lounge. Purchased a chocolate hamper which was AWESOME.
