Had a lovely stay here! Unlimited chocolate on the halls, got a chocolate fountain for the room... anyone who can finish that hats off too you. Location is excellent for town and beach! The standard room is very small but has everything you need. Was pleasantly surprised by the breakfast excellent spread!!

Perfect location for a 5 min walk into Bournemouth town centre. Our room was nice, spacious and clean. Breakfast was freshly made to order, which made a nice change from other hotels. Wasn't as "quirky" as i was expecting, but that's not really why we stayed. Would recommend.

Hotel nice and clean, our room was the garden room, must be the smallest shower and loo we have ever used, if you used the very small wash basin and bend down, your bum hit the door just too small . The garden was closed, would have been nice to have it open just to sit and enjoy a bottle of...

A group of us stayed here for the weekend (including doing the chocolate making experience) and had a wonderful time. The manager Melissa couldn't be more helpful, the rooms are a little small but really lovely (boutiquey!) and showers/bathrooms really nice. The breakfasts are yummy as are the in room chocolate treats and the chocolate making experience was great fun...

Fantastic little hotel, very friendly helpful staff. Clean and very quiet room with homemade chocolate bar in the room and plenty of chocolate to help yourself to while you stay! Parking a bonus. Short walk to seafront. Would highly recommend and will stay their in the future when I'm in Bournemouth. Thank you.

Great place to stay in Bournemouth, 5 minute walk from shopping center, Fifteen from sea front. Free hotel parking as well, helpful when Bournemouth is almost as expensive to park as London. Small quaint hotel, our room (no.7)was a twin, it was nicely decorated as was the bathroom, room was a little on the small side, but adequate for our...

We arrived for a two night stay where we were greeted by Melissa who was very friendly and welcoming. She showed us to our room which was Maya and explained everything we needed to know. The room was beautiful and looked over a lovely garden with fountain. The room had everything you would need, tea/coffee making facilities, shower gel, soap,...

We have stayed here before and on this trip we stayed on two separate occasions. Yes, there's a chocolate theme to everything, but just go with the flow on this. Enjoy the comfortable rooms, the great breakfast and the wonderful people who run this place. You simply can't go wrong if you stay here.

We have just returned from staying in your hotel. I cannot fault it. The welcome we received from your member of staff was so welcoming and friendly. We even had a larger room given to us ( I had previously booked a small double). The room was cosy and clean. there were drinks facilities in the room. nothing was too...
